Tensioners
Thanks to our collaboration with LTR, we are able to offer a comprehensive range of wire control solutions, featuring five different wire tensioning lines available in various configurations. Each line is divided into at least three brake sizes, designed to handle a wide range of wire diameters. Additionally, three special models are available for thicker wires and flat wires.
Customers can choose from four types of brakes to meet specific needs:
- Mechanical brake
- Open-loop electromagnetic brake
- Closed-loop electromagnetic brake
- Electromagnetic brake with 0-10V control
Each tensioning system can be customised upon request, ensuring perfectly tailored solutions to meet the unique production requirements of each customer.
Wire guide caps for spools
Wire guide caps for spools are essential accessories for optimal unwinding of copper wires. Designed in collaboration with leading Italian manufacturers of electric coils, these caps ensure smooth wire flow, preventing friction during unwinding from the spool. The wire comes into contact only with a bearing and two polished stainless steel flanges, ensuring maximum smoothness and durability.
Spool scale
The BPR series spool scales are designed to detect the end of the spool during winding processes. Using advanced control technology, the system automatically stops the winding machine before the wire runs out, helping to reduce raw material waste and optimise the production process.
Tension display
The tension display allows real-time monitoring of wire tension, eliminating the need to replace existing mechanical tensioners. Ideal for those seeking continuous, precise control of tension during the winding process.
Wire tensioners refurbishment and maintenance service
Thanks to our partnership with LTR, we offer a comprehensive service for the overhaul and maintenance of wire tensioners, whether they are our own or from other manufacturers. Each maintenance or refurbishment intervention is covered by a 12-month warranty, ensuring optimal performance and reliability over time.
